Lybica is the security practice of Teomach Limited, a Scottish company based in Edinburgh. Teomach builds and runs digital services; Lybica is the part of it that monitors, tests and evidences them — for ourselves first, and now for other people.

Sixteen years in UK government digital delivery. Product and service design leadership on high-risk services.
Teomach also builds and operates Offmon, used by UK law enforcement, and Cenefits, used by public bodies in Scotland and Wales. They are our own platforms rather than arm's-length customers, and running them under the same obligations we describe to you is what keeps the method honest.

That is the list, and we would rather it were short and true than long and decorative. We are not a certification body, we hold no CREST or CHECK accreditation, and we do not operate a security operations centre — and where a contract requires any of those, we will say so on the first call.
